Oh my !!!

Oh my what a Beautiful Day.....In the End!
Upon opening my eyes this morning I was greeted with the one and only !!!! Mr Winter.
He is most definitely here. Dark, Damp and dam right miserable looking.
Yes I am a sunshine girl.
Well I juiced and blender loads of greens today along with a smoothie soup. I just needed a little warmth inside today, So I had:-
Spicy Tomato Soup

All I used was:-

A Blender
5 Lrg Tomatoes
Sprinkle of Ground Cayenne
Sprinkle of Celtic Sea Salt
Dash of Cold Pressed Natural Hemp Seed Oil
Throw all this in the Blender,
Whizz
Pour into a Bowl or Mug and Enjoy !!!!!
This really gave me the warmth inside that I desperately needed on this cold winters day,,,,,,Yummmmm
I had that at Mid-day it really warmed me up,and then guess what happened ?????
Mrs Sunshine came out to play ((Sorry so laughing now))
I started the day with my normal glass of juiced lemons and water.
I took on loads of water up until mid-day. I then had my soup....Perfect yum.

I had loads of spinach in the cooler so I juiced that along with some green apples and a cucumber.
I fancied my drink tasting thick and creamy so I poured my juice into the blender and added the meat of an avocado into my pure sunshine and whizzed. Delicious !!!!
I have blended more of my food's today than I would normally.
Usually when I juice I keep it to purely juice but today I just felt I needed that little bit more bulk.
I had a beautiful Text sent to me today. Out of the blue,from a very special lady.
I don't see her that often, I know in our future we will spend Lot's of time together.((Hugs Debz)) She is my Reiki Master, this wonderful women blessed me with her gift.

Had an x-ray done today,guess what they found??? It was you,safely tucked away in my heart! They said my heart is fine with a FRIEND like you in it.
How beautiful and privileged I am to have such amazing people in my life.
