Ok so after a really stressful couple of weeks I have had a outbreak of pimples!!!Yuk

So.... Although I don't normally fast on a Thursday, today I decided to give my self that extra bit of loving that my body obviously needs.....((Hugs)) to me.

Am..... lotsa and lotsa lemon and water (with a little piece of mint floating away on the top.

My lovely dogs have eaten most of it !!!!! hmmm so not laughing,,,,!

4 litres water

12pm Banana Milkshake on a budget (with limited ingredients)

2x Bananas.
Lrg mug of nut/rice milk my kids will only drink the rice milk.
2x 15ml sp of maple syrup.
1 x 15ml sp of vanilla Essence.
Tbsp of Almond nuts.
Whiz.
Pour over ice if desired.
Enjoy!!!!!

I always drink my smoothies with a straw, it slows me down I have a tendency to gulp.

I would not normally use the maple and vanilla, but we really have loads of bananas that if not eaten will be wasted and I so ate throwing away fruit.

It just proves you can still get lotsa goodness in with limited ingredients.

4 more litres of water.


Apple,Carrot and banana Juice

Juice 3 carrots
Juice 2 apples
Pour into Blender
Place 2 bananas in blender
Whiz
pour over ice in your glass
Enjoy.....!

I am not quick to snack on veg so juicing the carrots works great for me.

Large OJ (Orange Juice)

900mls
I juiced 5 oranges
Place 2 oranges in the Blender
Pour in juice
Whiz
Add ice
Enjoy !!

I peel all my oranges,some people leave the skins,,,, on fantastic goodness but I Really don't like the taste it leaves in my mouth.

If you do not have a juicer yet, then you can get OJ in the shops but make sure it says NOT FROM CONCENTRATE obviously fresh is best......x

More Water.......

Now off to stream my face over a bowl of sea salt and lemon water.
