Well we made the move to the Wallops and we are just all trying to find ourselves...lol
I will be honest !!! I get no enjoyment using a computer I soooo Love to be outside..!
But I have had loads of e-mails so I will try to make more effort..(Cheeky Smile.

Demi Goes Full Throttle For Raw Rejuvenation!
How is it that 40-year old Demi Moore makes a Hollywood comeback with a roll in which she bares almost all in a bikini next to 20-something actresses and looks just as good, if not better! Complaints have been circulating that Demi stole the show from the "stars" of the much-hyped Charlie's Angels sequel "Full Throttle". Demi's secret? The raw food diet! Although the diet has been criticized by the medical and scientific community as nonsense, recent studies have brought to light that all heated and most processed foods do indeed contain carcinogens, a brand of toxins that are often cancer-causing in tests on mice and rats.
What exactly IS the raw vegan diet? It is a diet that consists of unheated and unprocessed fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds....everything preferably organic and as fresh as possible.
Raw Food F.A.Q.
Q: What is the raw vegan diet good for?
A: its not just that the diet doesn't contain toxins, but it is also extremely nutrient dense. In heated foods almost all of the nutrients are destroyed or damaged. So when you eat an all-raw diet you are getting 1000's of times more nutrients than you would otherwise get! This very natural diet is what we'd all be eating if we weren't in "civilization" anway! So it makes a person seem supernaturally young, beautiful, fit, healthy, glowing, vital and energetic - as in the case of Demi Moore. But you have to realize that this is our natural state. Demi should be the norm for a 40-year young woman. We're now just comparing her to a society that is radically un-natural and unhealthy, where we eat about 90-100% cooked and processed (denatured) foods.
Q: Is this scientifically proven?
A: New scientific studies show that we should be living until at least 160 years of age. But we've been caught in this cooked food trap for many thousands of years since humankind first discovered the ease of hunting meat compared with growing things. And we lived on meat and it helped us survive in cold climates. And we learned that if we heated up foods it made the foods last longer which helped us survive the winters in cold climates. But the reason the foods lasted longer is because we killed them. We cooked them and this killed the enzymes in them. Enzymes make the food ripen and enzymes make the food decay and go back to the earth after its season is passed. So cooking the food took that death out of it. However it also took the life out of it. So we got used to eating food with no life-force. But in today's society we are really fortunate because we are able to get fresh organic foods all year round! So there really is no longer any need to eat these dead denatured foods! Except that we are addicted to them. Toxins are highly addictive (toxins are what drugs, alcohol and cigarettes all have in common), and all of these heated and processed foods are full of toxins! (Just search for "toxins in heated food" on the fda.gov website and you will get back over 120 FDA articles in your search results!)
Q: Don't you get bored on the raw vegan diet?
A: There are 100s of different kinds of fruits and veggies. If you combine only two or three at each meal, then you can literally eat a different combination of foods at each meal for the rest of your life! Then your taste buds become very sensitive. And then you don't need to eat as much, so your body really uses all the food you eat, so you actually get hungry between meals - which is the best spice! Nothing tastes as good as simple food when you are truly hungry! I'd like to see restaurants add a "frescada" section to their menus, the way they now have "vegetarian" sections. I think Frescada sounds much nicer than Raw. But even now you can always have a salad or fruit salad and many restaurants also serve fruit smoothies.
You do have to eat a balanced diet. Our food groups are vegetables, nuts/seeds, and fruits. You should have approximately equal amounts of these in your diet. If you have your kids on the diet as I do, you have to make sure they eat a lot of bulk. A lot of fruits and veggies. And a lot of nutmilks from sprouted almonds and sunflower seeds. A variety of fruits and veggies. There's a wealth of information available online. If you decide to do this diet is it important to study it. I think of it as an extreme diet. There are extreme benefits such as a body that isn't subject to any of the common causes of death today, and longevity. But as with an extreme sport, you have to be prepared and trained, because there are potential dangers.
Q: What are the risks involved?
A: This is brand new territory. I mean, its been done since Pythagoras (who made his students do a raw food diet for a month before he would teach them so that their minds would be clear!). But now for the first time the diet is becoming of interest to the mainstream of society. And nobody wants to spend any money to study it properly. So its like you have to take a leap of faith. Its for people willing to think for themselves and act on their own findings and studies. Some of the pitfalls are eating too many unsoaked nuts and dried fruit (hard on teeth), cutting out one of the three raw-vegan food groups completely for long periods of time, and worrying too much about whether you are getting enough nutrition. Of course you are! You are getting thousands of times more than you ever did before. But people can make you worry yourself sick. They just don't understand.

Q: Why are people so passionate about this?
A: The raw food diet has benefited people losing weight, preventing cancer, and overcoming depression, acne, candida and chronic fatigue. I have seen it help so many people. And beyond all this, I think it is the only diet that will sustain the growing population of this planet! If everyone adopted a raw-vegan diet it would be beneficial in so many ways, cutting down on pollution, preventing deforestation, helping people to become more peaceful, making our countryside more beautiful, and solving our crime, healthcare and social security dilemmas. It will naturally be a very slow process, but I think that ultimately this will be the diet that helps us bring this planet to a state of light and life.

Ay Luv Bugs!!!!
Had a lovely day today, After dropping the children off at school I embraced the cold weather with Buster and Fudge, We did about 6 miles, nice and fast .....Lovely.
Then in the Afternoon Dawson and I bathed the puppies ((Oh Man, not sure who actually got bathed......lol)). Aunti clare came round for a nice cup of tea ((Hugs)) we do love this Mammas company.
I had some great news today should not be long until I am working in the Hospice Soooooo Excited.
My husband gifted me with a beautiful charm for my bracelet today ((Hugs Dean))
Smoothie Today
Handful red Grapes
Lrg Chunk of coconut (filled palm of my hand)
Juice from coconut
Handful Pumpkin seeds
1 Lrg Banana
Mug of filtered water
3 Strawberries
Freedom Sweetener 100% Natural (ay just like me....lol)
Why did I pick these ingredients, !!!! I had little bits of it all in the fridge..simple...Yum Yum.
So the snow as fallen again today ((yuk)) It looks beautiful on photo..lol.
I'm gonna be away for a few days but I promise I won't leave it so long next time.

Remember There Is Only One Nicola !!!!
A Few Days Ago my Dear Friend Clare (Sista) Said to Me "Remember Nicola there is only one of YOU" !!!!!
Oh Boy what a shame that is, this Mamma wants to do so much like Yesterday....lol.
I have been so busy with helping, trying to make a difference...((Hugs)) So sorry I have been away, I'll try my hardest to remain.
Before leaving the Army I qualified as a Personal Fitness Instructor,In- between and after leaving I did a variety of work from working in the gym, Taking Circuit Classes and Personal Training.
As much as I loved this, when my children started coming along I left the Army and the Fitness world to concentrate on being a Mummy.
I wasn't prepared to share them with anyone...LOL. So I was a stay at home Mummy...yay
I slipped into the world of Health Naturally but still unintentionally !!!
Looking after myself and my family had always been important but after losing people close to me to diseases beyond there control I found myself on a new mission.
Hence here I am:-
A local Doctor is Using me as a Referral Service at her practice.
(Raw Food and exercise for better health)
I am now offering an Alternative Practice
(Reiki,Rawfood and Personal Training)
Working Part-time in a Gym
Writing more e-books
And some how working in a Cancer Hospice (Raw Food and Reiki)
I want to try and change peoples minds on how they see thing...!
We have been conditioned,brainwashed even....! about health,Diet and exercise.
How many of you guy's get on a set of scales knowing you have gained weight...? Or got on real slowly, like it's gonna make a difference....lol Yeah I hear ya girl !!
So been there too.
How many of you had your BMI taken and believed the results...? These gadgets don't account for muscle, They do however suddenly make you feel flip pin miserable.
If you know you have gained weight, if you can visually see you need to lose weight, why do you need a gadget to tell you that...lol, Talk about stating the flip pin obvious....lol
If we all just did a simple thing our battle with health and diet would naturally sort it's self out.
You don't have to follow a 100% Raw diet to have fantastic health results, The processed food on the supermarket shelves where not designed to keep you well, they were designed to make money,
If you guy's knew some of the ingredients put in processed food you would never eat it again or were it goes once inside. (((promise)))
Diets don't work, certainly not in the long term. I have been there !!!
The minute you go on a diet you become miserable, you don't change your eating habits you just look for lower calorie alternatives, that are then made of more sugars,salts and chemicals to make them taste nice or should I say addictive! (uhmmmmm)
You start your diet on a Monday (why do we always pick a Monday) after binging all weekend, then you are fed up by Wednesday and given up, then you binge again to make up for the last few day of deprivation, Bang you gained weight not lost.
So just to make more money we have diet clubs (to make us feel even more grouse about ourselves) we are not educated to eat better,,,,!
Then we have diet pills, gastric bypass operations. Holy-cam-olie I got myself going now. (((Hugs to me))) BREATH ....lol.
All these problems would disappear if we just ate naturally. You would never worry about your weight or health again.
I have never been sick since eating this way, I have had the occasional day were I haven't felt 100% but it has never stopped me getting through the day and I have always recovered by the next day.
There are so many different bugs going about, when I feel something coming I am just real gentle on what I put inside, I normally stick to juices and smoothies when I feel this way.
OK I reckon I have lost you all there with my waffling....or my passion as I prefer to call it..lol
So all the work I am doing now kind of gels together in one way or another, This year my aim`is the rid people of diet mentality by simply eating natural fast foods.
Today one of my smoothies consisted of :-
Small piece of coconut
Small handful of pecan nuts (Filling)
1 banana
Chunk of ginger
Chopped up apple
Small cup of almond milk (use water or rice milk)
Whizz altogether
I pour this into a Litre glass, if the beautiful mixture does not reach the top I add some ice and water.
Pop my straw in and yum... Nothing beats the sensation as the Awesome elixir kisses my lips.
Not only enjoyable, but every single ingredients feeds my body leaving no waste matter behind to cause disease in my body.
And I am satisfied not addicted,,,, (I don't need more of that taste)
I have had freedom to really choose and control my food,
I did not believe it then but I know now the food I ate before going Raw definitely controlled me.
How liberating it feels now to eat for hunger and not boredom or addiction
